Confirm the delivery date and address

Entrega is delivery and montagem is assembly. Confirm the date, estimated arrival window, apartment number, and a phone contact for the delivery team. A stated window is an estimate unless the store confirms an exact time.

If your building has an entry desk or service entrance, ask the building manager which procedure applies to deliveries and tell the store what it needs to know.

Ask whether assembly and carrying are included

Confirm whether the service includes carrying the furniture to your unit and assembling it. Stores may offer delivery and assembly separately, so ask what the order includes before the scheduled day.

For large items, check whether the building has size restrictions for its elevator or stairs. Follow the building’s process for reserving common areas.
